JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 37(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
It is alleged that five bottles of foreign liquor have been recovered from possession of petitioners. It has been submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they have falsely been implicated in this case.
From the impugned order, it appears that petitioners are in custody since 15-11-2016.

No.4419 of 2017 (2) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran subject to condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
