The petitioners being sister and brother-in-law of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution case as per the written report of Siyaram Saran submitted to the SHO, Minapur is to the effect that the informant got his sister married with co-accused Rakesh Sahni but subsequently, further dowry demand was made by the petitioners and other in-law family members and ultimately on 20.9.2017, the accused persons killed the sister of the informant and disposed of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and the thrust of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65156 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 accusation is against the husband of the victim. Learned APP submits that petitioners are named in the FIR. Considering the accusation being omnibus and general against the petitioners and thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.369 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) anil/- U
