JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 08.03.2017 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi in Maintenance Case No.10 of 2016 whereby the learned Judge allowed the application for interim maintenance of the opposite party no. 2 and directed the petitioner to pay Rs.4000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2 till disposal of the case.
