The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "For issuance of an appropriate order, writ or direction commanding the respondents to make payment of death-cum-retiral dues of the husband of the petitioner, namely, Late

Patna High Court CWJC No.6784 of 2019(3) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 Rajeshwar Ram, including Gratuity, Leave encashment, arrears of pension, family pension, arrears of family pension and other dues, if any, in the light of order dated 12.11.2013, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9817/ 2013 and order dated 29.08.2014 passed in L.P.A. No. 33/2014."

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents-State.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondents-State.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present writ application stands disposed of. If any grievance of the petitioner still remains to be redressed by the respondents, the petitioner will be at liberty to make an appropriate representation before the concerned authority who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation made by the petitioner.
