Learned counsel for the State accepts notice for the respondents.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

Patna High Court CWJC No.9649 of 2021 dt.18-02-2022 2/3 "This writ application is being filed in nature of mandamus for direction to the respondents consider the application of the petitioner in the light of letter bearing Memo No. 828 dated 19.02.2020 passed by District Complaint Redressal Officer, Bhagalpur, District-Bhalgalpur by which directed to the petitioner to file application before the Respondent No.6 the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Bhagalpur regarding termination of the service on the post of Asha worker, for which petitioner filed application on 30.01.2021, same has not been considered as yet and further issue direction to respondent consider the application dated 30.01.2021 and further give and other legal consequential benefit."

Respondent No.6-Civil Surgeon/Chief Medical Officer, Bhagalpur is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's

Patna High Court CWJC No.9649 of 2021 dt.18-02-2022 3/3 application dated 30th January, 2021 in the light of Memo No. 828 dated 19.02.2020 issued by the District Complaint Redressal Officer, Bhagalpur. The petitioner's application be considered and pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order failing which the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified at Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand). The cost shall be paid by respondent no.6-Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, District Health Society, Bhagalpur, District-Bhagalpur from his pocket and not from the State Government or society. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
