2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2) and 96 of BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during investigation, the victim was recovered and she has given her statement recorded under Section 183 of BNSS wherein she has

Learned counsel has submitted that her medical was conducted and the age of the victim is assessed to be 18-20 years by the doctor. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 09.12.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jandaha ( Mahisaur) P.S. Case No. 525 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge - Sixth- cum- Special Judge POCSO, Vaishali at Hajipur.
