JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, for taking job bribe was given by the complainant/informant to the petitioner and others and forged appointment letter was granted.
Submission is of false implication and that there is no chit of paper to show that the petitioner had taken any amount from the complainant or any one for providing job, all the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14390 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 allegations are false and concocted, one of co-accused Devendra Thakur @ Devendra Kumar Thakur has been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Annexure-2 in Cr. Misc. No. 48921 of 2016 by another co-ordinate bench of this Court and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

fairly submits that the complainant wanted to get job through back door entry. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-6th, Chapra, District- Saran, in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
