Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Raniganj P.S.Case No. 98 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is that police intercepted one motorcycle and asked the motorcyclist to stop and he started to flee away but petitioner was arrested along with other co-accused. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner was pillion rider and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has been remanded in other cases also and moreover he is in custody for seven months.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63072 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S.Case No. 98 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that if petitioner is involved in such type of cases in future, prosecution is given liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
