2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 398 of 2023, lodged on 18.12.2023 under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, FIR has been lodged against eleven named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have attacked the informant and snatched a gold chain and Rs. 25,000/- cash from him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that there is a general and omnibus allegation

Counsel further submits that both the informant and the petitioner are resident of the same locality and are well known to each other and on petty land dispute, the entire occurrence took place. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2023. Similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Md. Jubair has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24143 of 2024 vide order dated 04.04.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S.
