The petitioner being the husband of the daughter of the informant is apprehending arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.94/2013, pending before the learned CJM, Nawada, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 364 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Basic accusation is of torture and abducting the daughter of the informant.

It appears that non-appears on behalf of the petitioner on several dates when the case was called out. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the victim is still traceless.

Under the circumstances, this Court finds no merit in
