2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victims are said to have been injured by the accused persons including the petitioner and the injuries appear to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated this case. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the nature of allegation, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of CJM, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
