Petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2016 in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016 registered under Sections 393/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he along with others have assaulted the informant and tried to snatched his motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and caught by the villagers merely on the basis of suspicion while he was passing through the alleged place of occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.773 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016.
