JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 20-04-2022 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30355 of 2021 with a prayer to extend the time limit for appearance of the petitioner before the court below by further four weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to his whole family members were quite nervous and mentally disturbed because the petitioner's wife sudden illness which was wrongly diagnosed as suspected Covid-19 patient, the petitioner could not appear before the court below for grant of anticipatory bail within stipulated time.

Accordingly, let the order dated 14.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30355 of 2021 be modified to the extent that time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20503 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 limit for appearance of the petitioner before the court below is extended by further four weeks and remaining parts of order dated 14.02. 2022 shall remain intact.
