JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504,506,324,385 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault by the accused persons for not withdrawing Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015 lodged against accused persons with accusation of demanding extortion. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with dagger causing injury on the face of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple in nature and there is no accusation of repeating the blow.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38653 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Vaishali. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
