Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Nagar (Kadirganj) P.S.Case No. 527 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of committing assault to the informant and others and also snatching of Samsung Mobile and other articles and petitioner is not named in the FIR.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody since 12.8.2018. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63070 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 a direction to the learned court below that once charge sheet has been submitted and on verification of fact that except confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner, petitioner will be released on bail by the court below itself to its own satisfaction.
