Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Minapur P.S. Case No.555 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant with sword causing injury on his head. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted there is land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail application.

Taking into consideration the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.555
