====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioners are alleged to have submitted forged and fabricated BTET Certificates for appointment in the year 201920.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that without proper verification, prior inquiry and without giving any opportunity of hearing, the certificates submitted by the petitioners have been declared forged and fabricated. Moreover,

5. Considering the fact that petitioners have not been appointed, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Darpa P.
