ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 20.9.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif vide B.P. No.872 of 2014 in connection with Nursarai P.S. case No.160 of 2014 (G.R. No.1765 of 2014).
Since there is no indication that the Opposite Party No.2 ever misused the privilege of bail in the intervening period, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
Hence, the application stands dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47195 of 2014 (3) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Nalanda at Biharsharif, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
