The petitioners seek bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the basis of written report of informant, Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown and in course of investigation, the Police apprehended the petitioners mere on suspicion and got recorded their confessional statements showing their involvement in the present case, but no any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62451 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 of the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners are accused in two other cases, as detailed in para-3 of the petition, but they are on bail in both cases. The petitioners are in custody since 26.07.2018.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
