The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 377/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 379, 411, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 56 of B.M.P.I.M.T.S Act Rule 2019, Section 21 of the M.M.D.R Act 1957 and Section 15 F& E Act 1986.

The petitioner is said to have involved in illegal sand mining. In the opinion of this Court, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
