The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 544 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The marriage of daughter of the informant with Ravi Ranjan Kumar is of the year 2019 and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21221 of 2022(2) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from today. If they do not surrender within the stipulated time, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur shall take all coercive steps for arresting the petitioners.
