JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to make correction in the prayer portion of the application.

Permission is granted.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband. The husband is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture as a result whereof the victim died in unnatural circumstances in her matrimonial house.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40696 of 2016 (3) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 The petitioners are in custody since last one year and the informant has given a written application to the Courtbelow that the victim had died of illness and on wrong notion he lodged the case and trial is going on.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Sessions Trial No.334 of 2016, arising out of Lalganj P.S. Case No. 197 of 2015.
