The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna to make available to him the Old Pension Scheme to which the petitioner claims to be entitled to, as his initial appointment was of the year 1987, when the CPF scheme had not come into existence.

Paragraph-6 of the counter affidavit indicates

Patna High Court CWJC No.7391 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 that a committee has been constituted to look into such grievances of the petitioner and similarly situated persons.

On such statement having been made in the counter affidavit, Mr. Prashant Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks and is permitted to withdraw this petition to pursue his representation before the specially constituted committee, which is expected to pass an order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
