====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 05-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case o.231 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 376, 511, 34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 26.02.2021, a report was called for in the present case. The report is at flag 'R'.

Perused the report of the District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah in which it is stated that the Court will try best at its own level to dispose of the said case preferably within one year.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the above named petitioner on bail.

Case No.231 of 2018 pending in the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran is hereby rejected.
