2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.02.2025, passed by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 10156 of 2025.

3. It is submitted that inadvertently, in para-1 and prayer portion of the anticipatory bail petition, S.Tr.No.126 of 2024 has wrongly been added, whereas the designation of the court has also been wrongly mentioned and due to that reason, same mistake occurred in the order dated 25.02.2025, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 10156 of 2025.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 25.02.2025, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 10156 of 2025 is modified to the extent that "S.Tr.No.126 of 2024" mentioned in the order shall stand deleted, whereas the designation of the court be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate Sheikhpura" and six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners to surrender in the court below.

5. Rest of the conditions shall remain the same, as mentioned in the order dated 25.02.2025, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 10156 of 2025.
