This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended by the police along with a motorcycle, which was suspected to be a stolen property. The petitioner disclosed to the police that he had purchased the same from co-accused, Bhupendra Singh and Bhupendra Singh had promised to provide the papers of the motorcycle from the owner.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 236 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court.
