The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2012 registered under Sections 406 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Md. Jamal Akhter has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 47122 of 2013 on 10.12.2013. Taking the above facts and circumstances into consideration, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond
