In the order dated 25.04.2022 the date of adjournment of the case has been typed as 26.05.2022 in stead of 26.04.2022. Accordingly the date of adjournment of this case be read as 26.04.2022 in place of 26.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 648 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 427, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 648 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure till the submission of chargesheet. If in the chargesheet the opinion about the second injury comes that the injury is grievous then the petitioner shall be taken into custody, after submission of chargesheet if the opinion comes that the injury is simple the petitioner will continue on the same bail bond. With the aforesaid observation and directions, this bail application is allowed.
