Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P. S. Case No. 339 of 2020.

As per allegation, 15 years old daughter of the informant has been kidnapped and she is still traceless. Prior to her kidnapping, she had conversation with the present petitioner on his mobile phone no. 7050999276.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially that the victim is still traceless and the investigation is going on, I do not think that it is a fit case for anticipatory bail.

The anticipatory bail application is rejected. Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
