The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 29.06.2015 passed by learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in S.Tr. No. 397 of 2013 arising out of Kateya P.S. Case No. 304 of 2012 wherein and whereunder the learned court below has rejected the petition of the petitioners filed under Sections 227 and 228 of the Cr.P.C. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter.
