This modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner no. 2 Ramanuj Mahato seeking modification of order dated 20.04.2016 granting twelve week's time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 718 of 2015 by extending the time by a further period of four weeks.

3. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 20.04.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 12294 of 2016 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
