The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Medani Chowki P.S. Case No.7 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 386 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Specific allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has entered into the house, demanded extortion money and also assaulted with fists and slaps.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks, the court
