Petitioner is in custody in connection with Danapur Rail P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, Special Case No. 2148 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 64 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.2.2019.

Considering the fact that liquor was not seized from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be
