Considering the quantum of recovery of wine (1762 litres) vide Cr.Misc.No. 7047/2020, order dated 6.2.2020 prayer for bail was rejected with following observation: "However, once charge has been framed, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail."

From the order dated 7.3.2020 it is evident that the charge has already been framed.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Satyanarayan Prasad @ Satyanarayan Patel is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
