ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-02-2015 The present Criminal Revision Application is directed against the order dated 22.09.2014 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Bhabhua in Kudra P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 (J.Tr. No. 409 of 2014) registered under Sections 364, 364A, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code whereby Petitioner has not been declared as juvenile.

Having gone through the well considered order of the Juvenile Justice Board, I see no reason for disagreeing with the same.

The application is dismissed.
