The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 591 of 2015 arising out of Sasaram Muffasil P.S. Case No. 682 of 2015 registered under Sections 307, 308, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)(a) 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is an admitted case of the prosecution that no one was injured, except the petitioner, who is in custody since 19.06.2015, in the alleged occurrence. It is further contended

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 591 of 2015 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 682 of 2015.
