Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC and under section 27 of the Arms Act.
Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecution case is containing general and omnibus allegation against a large number of persons. As many as 89 such persons have been named in the FIR and there were 100 unknown. Some of the named accused persons have already been allowed privilege of bail vide order dated 2.5.2018, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 26033, 26169 and 26036 of 2018 (annexure 2). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent except cases which have been disclosed in paragraph 3 which are all arising out of the same occurrence.

In the event of arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (T) Police Station Case No. 95/2018 on the following conditions:- One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner and The Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he/she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his/her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
