This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 429 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

In this case, there is recovery of about 200 litres of illicit liquor from a Bolero vehicle and the petitioners have been found involved in the crime.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not
