Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47, 53 of Bihar Excise Act. Ten bottles, each containing 300 ml. country made liquor, are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 06.07.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
