The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326 and 307/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per allegation set out in the first information report, altercation took place between certain persons and coaccused, Vinod Yadav and the petitioner came along with other persons at the place of occurrence and Vinod Yadav assaulted the father of the Amit Kumar by the butt of the pistol on the head causing injury. Vinod Yadav also fired from the pistol which hit the right arm of the informant. Thereafter, they fled away.

No.62720 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 It is contended that in the first information report, it is not stated as to upon whom the petitioner had assaulted but allegation is that he along with others had also fired causing injury upon the informant. It is stated that in fact in view of the altercation, Vinod Yadav was killed and F.I.R. bearing Jehanabad P.S. Case No.475 of 2018 was lodged in which the informant of this case was made accused no.2 and this case was lodged by the informant as a counter blast.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.
