2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Unknown criminals committed dacoity in the night. The name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The looted amount of Rs. 1,500/- and some jewellery were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2025.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
