JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the informant received information that his cousin brothers are ploughing his land by tractor which was protested by the informant's brother then this petitioner took out pistol and hit on the left eye of the informant with the butt of the pistol and thereafter others also made assault with fists and slaps. The case diary was called for. Learned APP, after going through the same, submits that there is no injury report on record. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is agnate of the informant and in the background of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11079 of 2014 (6) dt.06-02-2015 land dispute the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 499 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
