The sole petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 , 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ofcourse petitioner has been named as accused in the F.I.R., but from the F.I.R. itself it is evident that petitioner's name has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused who was apprehended at the spot. He further submits that it is true that petitioner was accused in number of cases, but those cases were
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46111 of 2015 (3) dt.27-10-2015 2/2 registered some time in between 2008 and 2010. On the aforesaid grounds he has made a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. In view of nature of accusation as well as antecedent of the petitioner, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
