By way of present modification application, the petitioners seek to modify the order dated 19.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10294 of 2018, which was disposed of with direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to some difficulty, the petitioners could not surrender within the time and, therefore, seeks three weeks time to surrender in the court below.

Considering, the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order, however, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62303 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail, which will be disposed of by the court below on the merit of the case, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
