The petitioner in the present case is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. He has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant alleged that on 15.07.2022 the petitioner kidnapped his daughter. It is alleged that the informant went to the house of the petitioner where his father and mother abused and assaulted him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the victim girl are major and they have married. According to him because it is an inter-religion marriage, the present FIR has been lodged. The FIR does not say that the victim girl is minor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the victim girl have married and they are living

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court directs that there will be a stay on the arrest of the petitioner for a period of six months from today in connection with the aforementioned case. The petitioner together with the victim girl shall appear in the court below within a period of six weeks from today and in case the victim girl admits her marriage and she is found major, the court below shall release the petitioner above named on bail on furnishing personal bond in connection with Parihar P.S.
