The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1509/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with Niladri Gupta and Kaushik Gupta came to the complainant and purchased paddy from the complainant. Rajendra Singh (petitioner) assured that payment will be made within two weeks, but the accused persons did not make payment.

It appears that petitioner simply introduced the accused persons for purchasing paddy.

No.23770 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No. 1509/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
