01.04.2015 Perused the Report of the Mediator from which it appears that the dispute has been resolved.
Considering such aspects of the matter, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.06.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 2089C of 2012 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai on the same terms as well as subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
The parties are directed to sincerely abide by the terms of the agreement.
