The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner stabbed with knife in the chest of this brother as a result of which he died. Hence, it is not a fit case for grant of bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not
