The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.490 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered in the court below and has been granted regular bail. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
