Petitioners are accused in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 584 of 2016 registered under Sections 363/366A of the I.P.C.

This is a case of love affairs in between daughter of the informant and one Dhiraj Kumar, in which petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the victim in her statement, recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., specifically stated that the petitioners did nothing with the victim. They are only the friend of one Dhiraj Kumar. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 23.07.2016.

Case No. 584 of 2016.
